Until this culture of protecting the guilty, just as it was in the Catholic Church is dismantled we will continue to see these situations arise. We used to watch Cold case files and he would make comments that "random killings are rarely ever solved". He also grabbed me by my neck after I declined to marrying him before the wedding. He stole over 5,000.00 from me after leaving me to go to Police Academy. Paul would always make racist comments about black drug dealers... In my opinion this was a hate crime and the Police Dept should of done more of a screening process on him before they hired him. May Justice be served for the victims family.
